Challenge
The Intellectual Property Office of Serbia plays a central role in protecting intellectual property rights and supporting innovation in Serbia. Marking 105 years of institutional work represented an important milestone that required a formal, well-structured, and meaningful public event aligned with the Office’s legacy and institutional reputation. The challenge was to deliver an event that would honor the history of the institution while clearly communicating its ongoing relevance within the modern innovation and intellectual property ecosystem.

Idea
Our approach focused on creating a dignified and cohesive event concept that reflects the importance of the anniversary and the institutional values of the Office. Attention was placed on clear structure, protocol, and overall experience, ensuring that all elements of the event supported its commemorative and professional character. In parallel, limited social media activities were designed to support event visibility and document key moments, extending the reach of the anniversary beyond the event itself.
Solution
GOviral delivered end-to-end event organization for the 105th anniversary of the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure a seamless and representative experience. Additionally, selected social media activities were implemented to highlight the event and reinforce institutional communication in the digital space, supporting visibility while maintaining an appropriate, formal tone.
