The pharmaceutical market is saturated with products that claim to fight the flu, making it difficult for new medications to stand out. Hemofarm faced the challenge of how to inform healthcare professionals and consumers about the unique benefits of XOFLUZA, an innovative one-dose medication, while simultaneously creating a memorable event that would secure the drug’s leading position in the market.

We planned a PR event that would reflect the innovative spirit of Hemofarm XOFLUZA. The plan was for the event to unfold in two parts - the first would include educational presentations about the medication at Infinity/Beton Hall, and the second part would feature an entertaining program at Dream Event.
The goal was to satisfy both the intellectual and social needs of the attendees. The envisioned activities included a magic mirror, a band, stage setup, photo wall, as well as promotion through gifts such as mugs and sweets.
Additionally, we planned for attendees to use QR codes to access an app with a quiz about the medication, increasing interaction and engagement at the event.
At the event itself, we implemented the planned concept by providing educational and informative content, followed by an entertaining program designed to engage and amuse the guests.
