Challenge

Europe House, as the EU’s communication hub in Serbia, plays a key role in promoting European values, regional cooperation, and youth participation through a wide range of educational and cultural programs. It operates as information hub for the EU Delegation to the Republic of Serbia. The challenge was to create a cohesive visual, digital and communication strategy that would be recognizable, engaging, and consistent across three cities – Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš – and throughout all their diverse activities.

Idea

Our approach was built on the idea that Europe House needs a strong, contemporary visual identity that communicates openness, collaboration, and relevance. Every event, activity, and physical space reflect the core EU values staged in Serbia - especially when engaging with young people. We aimed to connect culture, dialogue, education, and public diplomacy through an integrated communication strategy, advanced digital presence and design.

Solution

We developed a distinctive visual identity and a comprehensive branding strategy, while also executing a range of engaging cultural and public diplomacy activities in Belgrade, Niš, and Novi Sad. Our team organized key events (such as Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad), managed daily operations of Europe House premises, secured high level social media presence and continuously ensured that every interaction with the House is part of the mission. Through design, production, event management and coordination, we delivered a memorable presence that remains meaningful, consistent, and engaging.
